We do our best to provide consistency and familiarize our team with your home and preferences. However, we operate as a team, which means your service doesn't have to be cancelled because your regular cleaner is sick, on vacation, or unavailable. Our team keeps notes on your cleaning preferences and requirements so another CASA team member can step in when needed.
HST is not included in our quoted cleaning rates and will be added to your invoice as required. As a registered Canadian business, CASA is required to collect and remit HST on our cleaning services.
